PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a model of content circulation capable of utilizing advantages of both an electronic content and a physical content.

SOLUTION: This content circulation support device comprises: an electronic content agreement information storage part 111 for storing electronic content agreement information including content identifying information for identifying a trade-agreed electronic content or the physical content previously related to the trade-agreed electronic content, and electronic content user identifying information for identifying a user of a one-side body of the trade; a physical content order information reception part 112 for receiving physical content order information including purchase object identifying information for identifying the physical content used as a purchase object, and orderer identifying information for identifying the user of the purchasing body; and a determination part 113 for determining whether or not the physical content of the purchase object should be sold, and selling conditions of the physical content of the purchase object by comparing the physical content order information with the electronic content agreement information.
