<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transaction processing of a customer with a window terminal at the counter of a financial institution or the like and to simultaneously perform sales of commodities matched with needs of the customer. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 3, a distributed processor 4 and a transaction processing terminal form a transaction processing system, and a CPU 6, a distributed processor 7 and an information providing terminal 8 form an information providing system. Both of the systems are connected with each other. Customer databases 62, 73 or 43 store customer attributes and sales merchandise for each customer. Merchandise files 72 or 42 stores sales object customer condition for each merchandise. The transaction processing terminal 5 performs the transaction processing of the customer coming to the shop by communicating with the CPU 3 or the like, simultaneously retrieves the customer databases 62 and 73 and the commodity file 72 or the like of the information providing system and displays sales commodities or the like on a display 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
