PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a transaction failure in a transaction reservation such as a transfer reservation so that a banking institution gives a payer notice of a transaction by the preceding day of a transacting day or a further-preceding designated day in order to give a chance confirming a bank balance in advance.

SOLUTION: A transaction reservation server 20 comprises: a transaction reservation retaining portion 24 retaining transaction reservation information including transfer information regarding reservation for an advance notice; an executing condition retaining portion 22 retaining information of executing conditions including information specifying executing conditions and a date of the advance notice; and a transaction processing portion 23 performing steps of: certifying a payer when receiving a transfer reservation request including information necessary for certifying transfer information and a payer from a payer's terminal; registering transaction reservation information generated by the received transfer information with the transaction reservation retaining portion when the certification of the payer is successful; and giving advance notice of transfer execution to the payer's terminal prior to the transfer executing date according to the the executing condition information.
