PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed circuit board superior in flexibility and durability, as well as capable of reducing the radiation of EMI waves from each signal line. SOLUTION: The flexible printed circuit board comprises a plurality of signal lines 11 and a ground line 12, arranged at the predetermined interval on the surface layer of the flexible printed circuit board; solid ground faces 20 and 21, arranged on flat face parts 18 and 19 on the rear layer; and at the bending part 17, a plurality of ground lines 22 and a plurality of signal lines 11 are arranged, sandwiching the base of the substrate at a position, without confronting each other to electrically connect both the ground faces.
