PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small circuit including an inductor and a capacitor which can be produced using an ordinary technology for producing a circuit board. SOLUTION: Two spiral inductors are formed on a circuit board such that the outermost circumferential parts face each other. Capacitance is increased by connecting a via to the outermost circumferential part of the spiral inductor. In such a circuit board structure, a capacitor employing the outermost circumferential parts of the spiral inductor as the counter electrodes and a capacitor employing vias formed at the outermost circumferential parts of the spiral inductor as the counter electrodes are formed.
