FLUSH PANEL,MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND DISMANTLING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush panel capable of easily adhering a core material 1 to a face material 2 and separating the core material from the face material and facilitating the manufacture and dismantlement and resisting against a warp due to moisture. SOLUTION: Respective one sheet of face material 2 made of an insulation material such as a wooden plate is stuck to both front and rear faces of the framed core material 1 made of a conductive material such as aluminum or the like through a hot melt adhesive 3 to laminate them and make a flush panel. When manufacturing it, the core material 1 and the face material 2 are superimposed on each other through the hot melt adhesive 3. The core material 1 is irradiated with high frequency from the surface side of the face material 2 by a high frequency generator 4. The hot melt adhesive 3 is melted with heating of the core material 2 by the electromagnetic induction and solidified with cooling to stick it. In dismantlement, likewise, the core material 1 can be separated from the face material 2 while the hot melt adhesive 3 is melted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
