PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad band drawing mechanism equipped with a function for preventing the shift of a knee appliance by relaxing the oppression of the knee appliance at a knee bending position while ensuring the function of the knee appliance by oppressing a knee from the front by a kneepad band at a knee stretching position to which load is applied by attaching the pad band drawing mechanism to an existing knee appliance. SOLUTION: The kneepad band drawing mechanism is equipped with a constitution wherein the kneepad band D is brought into contact with the front of the upper part of the lower leg is provided so as to straddle one set of left and right joint members C and C performing a part for connecting the lower end of a femur side mounting member A and the upper end of a lower leg side mounting member B and positioned on both left and right outsides of a knee joint at the time of mounting of the knee appliance. The kneepad band drawing mechanism for use in the attachment to the existing knee appliance has a predetermined length and the rear end thereof is equipped with drawing members 32 connected to the rear ends of the joint member C and a locking member 33 attached to the front ends of the drawing members 32 and locked with one end of the kneepad band D.
