<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method and apparatus for a liquid for use in agriculture which can clean and process a large amount of the liquid for use in agriculture inexpensively up to a practical level for cultivation or the like by photocatalystically treating the liquid using natural energy. <P>SOLUTION: A photocatalyst carrying body is used as photocatalyst on which a micro porous membrane is formed by coating a porous substrate with a photoreactive semiconductor containing a metal alkoxide and solidifying it by drying and baking it.
