<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit component mounting machine wherein reduction in a mounting efficiency is avoided as much as possible and simultaneously interferences of the components mounted already with a chucking nozzle is avoided. <P>SOLUTION: In a mounting order of a component 93 in an electronic circuit component mounting machine 12, the components 93 are grouped into small-size components 93a in which the length of a short side of each component 93 is less than a set value L and normal components 93b larger than the set value (S2). As to the small-size component group, the mounting started from the smaller ones in the component height (S3), and as to the normal component group, the mounting order is stressed to the mounting efficiency (S4). The entire mounting order is set so that after all the small-size components are mounted, the normal components are mounted (S5). The grouping may be performed with the component 93 in which an outer diameter of the chucking nozzle for chucking and holding the component 93 is less than a set value D, as the small-size components 93a. If the small-size component 93a is selected based on the length of the short side of the component 93 or the outer diameter of the chucking nozzle, a time required for setting the mounting order can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
