PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor light source apparatus capable of performing proper design in accordance with utility by making a large degree of freedom of arrangement, configuration, regulation, assembling or the like of a semiconductor light source, a means or the like for performing optical processing. SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor light source apparatus has the semiconductor light source 11 having one or more semiconductor light emitting parts, a light source package 10 having an optical element 14 making a desired light flux state of one or more light fluxes radiated from the semiconductor light source and storing and sealing at least the semiconductor light source, and an optical processing means 20 for performing desired optical processing to one or more light fluxes emitted from the light source package 10.
