PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly supply an electrolytic water having a requested specification by preventing an electrolytic voltage delay phenomenon from being caused in a silver electrode electrolytic cell when an electrolytic water producing equipment having the silver electrode-used electrolytic cell and a diaphragm electrolytic cell is used for producing silver-free acid electrolytic water and/or silver-free alkaline electrolytic water. SOLUTION: This electrolytic water producing equipment is provided with the silver electrode electrolytic cell 10 and the diaphragm electrolytic cell 20 connected to the cell 10 in series and constituted so that the water to be electrolyzed can be supplied mutually selectively to the cell 10 or to the cell 20. When silver-free acid electrolytic water and silver-free alkaline electrolytic water are produced, the water to be electrolyzed is supplied to the cell 20 and electrolyzed without being made to pass through the cell 10.
