PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover loading/unloading stand for endoscopes which facilitates the putting of the cannula sheath on or off the flexible insertion tube of the endoscope with no possible ambient contamination. SOLUTION: The stand has roughly horizontal insertion tube carrying table 40 for placing the flexible insertion tubes 11, 12 and 13 of the endoscope 10, a control section holding part 50 which is disposed above the insertion tube carrying table 40 to hold the control section 15 linked to the base ends of the flexible insertion tubes 11, 12 and 13 and a sheath cover open end holding part 60 which is arranged at the position almost right below the control section holding part 50 above the insertion tube carrying table 40 to hold the open end part 31 of the sheath cover 30 being expanded as formed into a sack so as to wrap the cannula sheath 20 detachably put on the flexible insertion tubes 11, 12 and 13.
