PURPOSE: An international call connection device and a method therefor are provided to connect an international call to various real termination numbers of a subscriber by providing a virtual number to the subscriber who resides in a foreign country and calling the subscriber using the virtual number of the subscriber. CONSTITUTION: An operation unit(22) assigns a virtual number to a subscriber who resides in a foreign country, and provides and manages an international call service using the virtual number. An information storing unit(28) stores information of the subscriber and a real termination number of the virtual number. A control unit(26) controls a call of a caller who resides in the interior, and connects the call to the real termination number. A guiding unit(24) guides a voice to the caller according to the control of the control unit(26).
