<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively reduce a circuit scale, to restrain respective digital values after AD conversion from being dispersed in a plurality of inputs, and to restrain detection precision from being worsened by temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: An output from a triaxial acceleration sensor 1 and an output from a temperature sensor 2 are input into an AD converter 3 in an alternative way through a selector 5. A computing circuit 4 performs a temperature correction for an output value of the acceleration sensor 1 by using the digital value output from the AD converter 3, in response to the output value of the acceleration sensor 1 and an output value from the temperature sensor 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
