PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset control circuit capable of operating at high speed, preventing deterioration in quality of signals due to deterioration of a distortion characteristic, and precisely executing offset adjustment. SOLUTION: A voltage-current conversion unit 10 generates differential currents (I+, I-) proportional to a potential difference between differential input voltage signals (VIN+, VIN-), an offset adjustment current generation unit 11 generates offset adjustment currents (Iofs+, Iofs-), and a current (Ir) proportional to the potential difference between differential terminals 107 and 108 flows through a current-voltage conversion unit 12. Differential current output terminals 105 and 106, offset adjustment current output terminals 101 and 102, and the differential terminals 107 and 108 are connected. Offset components in the differential input voltage signals (VIN+, VIN-) are adjusted with the offset adjustment currents (Iofs+, Iofs-), and added to the differential input voltage signals (VIN+, VIN-) to generate differential output voltage signals (VO+, VO-).
