PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain display of a complicated presentation wherein a plurality of visible tracks are overlapped by defining a spatial positional relation among the plurality of visible tracks by each of divided periods. SOLUTION: An encoder 111 divides a presentation by each of unchanged periods wherein the number of visible tracks and a spatial positional relation among the visible tracks are not varied and has position relating information. In the case of applying encode processing to a multimedia file, the encoder 111 adds the position relating information to a header part of the multimedia file. A decoder 321 reads the position relating information attached to the header part of the multimedia file and regulates the spatial positional relation of each visible track by each unchanged period on the basis of the read position relating information to display the presentation.
