PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high output and reduce the generated heat temperature by increasing an input or output capacity and decreasing the vibration rate. SOLUTION: A transformer includes a first piezoelectric element (21a), a first input electrode (INE1) formed on an upper surface of the first element (21a), a first output electrode (OUTE1) formed on the upper surface of the first element (21a) to be electrically separated from the first input electrode (INE1), a grounding electrode (GE) formed on a lower surface of the first element (21a), a second piezoelectric element (21b) formed as a layer laminated on a lower side of the first element (21a) having the grounding element (GE) having formed thereon, a second input electrode (INE2) formed on the lower surface of the second element (21b) to be opposed to the first input electrode, and a second output electrode (OUTE2) formed on the lower surface of the second element (21b) to be opposed to the first output electrode.
