PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold and hot water supply header system capable of dispensing with arrangement of an air exhaust valve and reducing crossing of pipes and being enough with small number of joints and support hardware. SOLUTION: This cold and hot water supply header system is provided with a cold and hot water supply header 10, a primary pipe 12 connected to the cold and hot water supply header from heat source equipment, and secondary pipes 14, 16, 18 extending from the cold and hot water supply header to air conditioning equipment. A connection section on a cold and hot water supply header side of the secondary pipe 14 connected to a suction port of a circulation pump 14c among the secondary pipes is in a lower part or a side part of the cold and hot water supply header.
