PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-conductive composite plastic sheet which has surface conductivity and is best-suited for the molding of an embossed carrier tape having high pocket strength. SOLUTION: This plastic sheet is formed of at least one or more kinds of thermoplastic resins selected from among a polystyrene resin, an ABS resin, an AS resin and a polycarbonate resin and has a surface conductive layer which is composed mainly of the polystyrene resin and a conductive carbon black and shows a surface resistance value of 1 x 10<SP>3</SP>Ω/SQUARE-1 x 10<SP>10</SP>Ω/SQUARE, laminated on one side or both sides of a sheet base material having a tensile modulus of 1,500-2,600 MPa by JIS-K-7113.
