PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head and a liquid discharger in which aggregation of charged particles in liquid caused by an aggregation electrode can be followed up even if the driving frequency is high. SOLUTION: In the liquid discharge head, the aggregation electrode is provided on the liquid supply passage side excepting the liquid discharging part. Charged particles in liquid containing charged particles being supplied through the liquid supply passage are aggregated by the aggregation electrode, the liquid containing aggregated charged particles is ejected by a flying electrode disposed at the liquid discharging part utilizing an electrostatic force, and the remaining liquid is collected through the liquid supply passage.
