DISK ROLL FOR PREVENT STICKING OF SCALE USING ECCENTRIC RING

PURPOSE: A disk roll for preventing sticking of scale using an eccentric ring is provided to prevent cumulative sticking of scale between disks by removing scale accumulated between the disks of the disk roll using friction force generated by rotation of the eccentric ring. CONSTITUTION: In a disk roll to which scattering scale generated during cutting operation of slab is stuck, the disk roll for prevent sticking of scale using an eccentric ring comprises a cylindrical ring(11) inserted between disks of the disk roll and inserted onto shaft of the disk roll at the same time with being spaced apart from the shaft of the disk roll in a certain distance so that the cylindrical ring is contacted with scale stuck to the shaft of the disk roll and a side part of the disk during rotation of the disk roll; an eccentric ring(10) comprising a spiral eccentric weight(12) fixed to a part of an outer surface of the cylindrical ring to transmit the centrifugal force generated from rotation of the disk roll to the cylindrical ring, wherein outer diameter of the cylindrical ring is 50 to 120% of outer diameter of the disk, and length of the eccentric weight is 20 to 30% of outer diameter of the cylindrical ring.
