PURPOSE: A device for fabricating a road sign bottle is provided to simplify assembly of a road sign bottle and minimize product defectives. CONSTITUTION: The device for fabricating a road sign bottle includes a road sign bottle(100) obtained by fixing a housing with a transparent material received in the housing so that the upper portion of the transparent material is exposed; a support unit(200) positioned on a base and having a housing inserting groove thereon so that the housing is inserted and fixed not to be shaken; and a metal unit(300) positioned on a rod end of a cylinder located on the support unit(200), and having a pushing part(310) formed along the inner circumference of the housing so that the housing is fixed with covering the transparent material by pushing the edge of the housing fixed on the support unit(200) to be bent inward when the rod moves downward due to fluid pressure. The pushing part(310) is formed to have an arc-shaped slant surface so that a rounding surface is formed when the edge of the housing is bent inward.
