<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a useful food composition facilitating energy conversion and fat burning through ingestion particularly when taking exercise, and improving physical endurance of a user. <P>SOLUTION: This food composition comprises coenzyme Q10, a (-)-hydroxy citric acid, and further an amino acid. The amino acid in the food composition comprises carnitine and/or its precursor, and comprises at least one kind selected from the group of isoleucine and valine.
