<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separately manage a format and data or contents and automatically write the data or contents in a prescribed column in a designated format. <P>SOLUTION: A document display system displays the data or contents by using a prescribed application program. In addition, the system is provided with: a format management means 102 that manages a format for displaying the data or contents; a data or contents management means 206 which manages the data or contents; format selection means 203 and 204 which select the format managed by the format management means; and control means 202 and 208 which copy the format selected in the format selection means 203 and 204 to the folder of the data or contents management means 206 and write the data or contents managed in the data or contents management means 206 to the format thus copied to display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
