PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire, which enables variations in the outside diameter of the tire after cooling to be constantly kept within a prescribed set range, a postcure inflator for use in the same, and the pneumatic tire which is manufactured by the same. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the pneumatic tire T, a prescribed internal pressure is imparted into the pneumatic tire T immediately after cure, so that the pneumatic tire T can be cooled while being kept in an inflated state; and the inflated pneumatic tire T is cooled while the internal pressure to be imparted into the tire T is adjusted so that the outside diameter of the tire T can fall within the prescribed set range.
