PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable charging work, taking into consideration the working environment by controlling the wasteful fuel consumption of an engine generator. SOLUTION: A charge operation controller 60 is constituted of a battery 61, that supplies electric power to a travel motor 6 that rotates and drives wheels and a drive motor 53 of the driving source of an actuator 42 that drives an operating device; a charger 63 that is actuated on the supplied power to charge the battery 61, the engine generator 65 that supplies electric power to the charger 63; a power supplying cable 67, that is connectable to an external commercial power source 83 in such a way as to be freely detachable and that supplies the electric power of the power source 83 to the charger 63 in a state connected to the power source 83; and a controller 70 that stops the engine generator 65 the instance the cable 67 is connected to the power source 83, while the battery 61 is being charged on the actuation of the charger 63 by the electric power from the engine generator 65.
