PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make radio connection in a short period of time in the case that a plurality of mobile terminals make communication via a near distance radio communication means between the plurality of mobile terminals. SOLUTION: A procedure for radio connection in compliance with the Bluetooth specifications between mobile phones 20 and 30 is made via a radio base station 40. After the completion of the radio connection, communication via the radio base station 40 is interrupted and the radio communication in compliance with the Bluetooth specification is made between the mobile phones 20 and 30.
