PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new functional collection agent, and to construct a pretreatment system of satisfactory reproducibility and convenience and easy to be automated, so as to provide a method for collecting and concentrating effectively an object such as metal, as to removal of a large amount of component collected, concentrated or coexisting in a very small or trace quantity of substance. SOLUTION: In this constitution of the present invention, a functional micro thin film layer is used for the collection and concentration to solve a defect when a packed column is used, and it is assembled on line to develop the flow injection pretreatment system, so as to contribute to enhancement of reproducibility in measurement including the collection, the concentration and elution, and to contribute to remarkable reduction of a required time.
