PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine metal structure made of a material having a high melting point and high mechanical strength, to provide a die for plating with fine patterns with which the fine metal structure can be produced, to provide a method for producing the same, to provide a die for fine working consisting of the fine metal structure, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The die 110 for plating has fine patterns with dimensions of aμm order or less, and is made of a material having a heat resistance of≥250°C. Molten salt electroforming is performed using the die 110 for plating, so that the fine metal structure having satisfactory mechanical strength is produced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
