PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white liquid cosmetic which is used by discharging it from the pen point of a pen-shaped built-in cosmetic equipment, has the hiding effect of the trace applied on a skin and also has excellent dispersion stability. SOLUTION: This white liquid cosmetic comprises at least a hollow pigment emulsion of a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer including water therein and has a mean particle diameter of less than 0.4μm.
