PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the facility of installation work of respective constitutive parts and the durability of a needle bearing. SOLUTION: An input shaft yoke 2 and an output shaft yoke 4 are connected by a joint cross 5. Respective journal parts 5a of the joint cross are rotatably supported in the respective yokes by the needle bearing 6 held in a holding hole 8 formed in tip parts 2b and 2c of the input shaft yoke. A level difference part 17 for separating a position of a needle roller 13 from the tip edge of the journal parts is formed on the inside bottom surface of a bottom wall 12b of a bearing cup 12. The thickness of the bottom wall is thinly formed, and a weight reducing part 19 is formed on the outer peripheral surface corresponding to the level difference part, and is formed so that a deflective displacement quantity becomes large by reducing rigidity of the whole bottom wall.
