The support mounting for an oscillation damper of a motor vehicle has a first spring element (31) designed as a convexly curved annular disc which is flexually loaded in the axial direction (x) by the piston rod (11) of the shock absorber (10). A second spring element (34) also designed as a convexly curved annular disc flexually loaded in the axial direction by the piston rod is installed preferably in the opposite orientation to the first spring element. The first and second spring elements are separated from one another by a distance plate (36).
