METHOD FOR EXPRESSION OF PROTEIN USING FRAMESHIFT OF mRNA IN THE PRESENCE OF BIOSTIMULATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the expression of a protein in the presence of biostimulation.

SOLUTION: The expression method includes the transduction of an expression vector of a fusion gene composed of a gene (stimulation-responding gene) developing the frameshift of the mRNA in the presence of biostimulation and a gene encoding a target protein into the cell, embryo, organ, tissue or non-human body. The stimulation-responding gene and the target protein gene are arranged in the vector in a manner that the reading frames of both genes coincide with each other by the frameshift of the mRNA of the stimulation-responding gene exclusively in the presence of biostimulation.
