PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an efficient winding operation for a cable protection tube of spiral structure and a reduction of the accommodation space. SOLUTION: A protection tube of vortex structure in tape form is prepared from the protection tube of spiral structure and stored in the accommodation box 10, and an electric wire or cable 1 to be wound is threaded through the center hole of the accommodation box, and the end of the protection tube 2 is taken out of a takeout hole 4, and the box 10 is moved to the winding ending position 12 while the tube end is fixed to the winding starting position 11, and thereby winding the protection tube can be performed easily. The cavity in a spiral structure is eliminated by preparing such a protection tube of vortex structure in the tape form, and the accommodation space can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
