PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly position a driving wheel on a roller. SOLUTION: A pair of bearing units 3 are arranged to sandwich the roller 1 mounted with the driving wheel thereon, and a tip of an arm 39 is located in a lower side compared with a top of the roller under the condition where the arm 39 is pulled in. When the arm 39 is fed out from the condition by a feed screw unit 33, the arm 39 moves diagonally upwards through an opening 11 provided in a ceiling of a skeleton. A tip roller 40 contacts soon with a circumferential face of the driving wheel to apply force, and the drive wheel is positioned thereby in a roller top position. A control part 42 monitors an output of an encoder 338 for detecting a rotation angle of a ball screw 333 inside the each feed screw unit 33, and rotates the each ball screw 333 by a required amount while controlling the rotation amounts of the respective ball screws 333 to be conformed each other, in every prescribed synchronization unit angle.
