Optical recording medium

摘要

The medium has a phase change recording layer (4) made of antimony, manganese and tellurium such that the phase of recording laser changes between crystal and amorphous phases. The recording layer has a crystal structure so that incident ray is diffracted into the three different layer spacings and non-diffracted at specific ranges.
