The present invention relates to a lamp base structure for securing electr ic wires and latching terminal plates, comprising a cover disc, lamp base, and hard electric wire, characterized in that the hard electric wire is stamped into two connecting terminal plates, an angular radial concave track is disposed on each side on the surface of the cover disc, and a hemispherical latching passage is disposed each on the parallel section of the two concave tracks f or cutting an embedded groove on the cover disc of the lamp base, such that the angular radius track is engaged into both sides of a chamber corresponsive t o the radial concave track to form a concentric electric clipping wire, and th e end of the electric wire is bent into an angle of 90.degree.. By means of th e joint engagement of the latching passage with the two horizontal hemispherical grooves, a slippery-proof ring is disposed at the end of the latching wire o n a larger radius to secure the electric wire and prevent it from falling off. Therefore the terminal plates can be fixed securely, which can give a stab le and efficient conduction of electricity to the light bulb having a close contact with the connecting terminal plates.
