PURPOSE: A vacuum forming apparatus for manufacturing a panel having irregularities with a barrier wall and a barrier chamber on its surface and a fusible flat plate is provided to improve the smoothness and product quality of the panel. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum forming apparatus(10) comprises: a lower base(11) and an upper base(13) that are vertically spaced apart from each other by means of a guide rod(15); a pair of vacuum forming plates(20) consisting of an upper vacuum forming plate(20a) and a lower vacuum forming plate(20b) installed opposite to each other such that they get closer to or alienated from each other between the upper and lower vacuum forming plates(20a,20b); a height adjusting nut(17) for adjusting the height of the lower vacuum forming plate(20b); an air aspiration device for aspirating air and having a plurality of air aspiration holes(27) and a pair of air passageways; and a cooling device having a cold water circulation hose and a cold water circulation pump.
