PURPOSE: A method for offering contents on the wireless Internet is provided to promote the use of the charged contents by making a service user easily come in contact with a contents card through a contents card shop and to increase sales of a CP(Contents Provider) due to continuous reconnection of a mania class. CONSTITUTION: A SP(Service Provider) makes the contents card including a certification number for the contents information provided from the CP(S101). The SP provides the contents card and a solution to a mobile communication provider, and the mobile communication provider makes the contents card into a package and sells it through a distributor(S102). If the service user buys the contents card, the service user connects to the wireless Internet and input the certification number(S104). The portable terminal is connected to the contents providing page and a contents program is downloaded(S105). The downloaded contents program is stored in the portable terminal and a charge is imposed when other information is used(S106). The mobile communication provider distributes the information use charge depending on a connection and a download frequency of each content(S108).
