PURPOSE:To execute uniformly data imprinting even if a correction due to the trasmittivity of a film, which is different in each manufacture is not executed, by providing a data imprinting constitution on a photographic lens side from a film surface. CONSTITUTION:A data imprinting device 12 is provided on the photographic lens 3 side from a film 13, and also provided between an aperture 1 and the loading part (cartridge chamber) of a film cartridge 14, and constituted so that a data stored in the course of photographing is imprinted successively in the midst of rewinding. In this way, a correction due to the transmittivity of the film is not required, and also it can be attained to make a camera thin in size.
