PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the light convergence efficiency by providing plural condenser lenses that are arrayed so as to further converge into a specific range the lights having their incident directions limited to a fixed direction by an incident direction adjusting means which varies the angles of other condenser lenses according to the incident directions of the incident lights. SOLUTION: Transmitted lights of respective condenser lenses 1 are converted on nearly one point by the dome-shaped arrangement of the plural condenser lenses 1, etc. Namely, the incident direction adjusting means 11 equipped the condenser lenses 1 is provided which has a mechanism for varying the angles of the transmitted lights according to the incident angles so that they are always perpendicular. Further, a light converging means 12 is equipped with other condenser lenses 1 which are arrayed so as to converge the sunshine, limited always to the perpendicular direction by the incident direction adjusting means 11 irrelevantly to the time, on a specific light convergence position 13. Actually, the incident angle of the sunshine actually varies momentarily, so the tilt angle to the horizontal surface of each condenser lens constituting the incident direction adjusting means 11 varies momentarily.
