PURPOSE: An automatic volume hands-free device by a speed response is provided to process an automatic volume control signal, and to automatically control volume according to an increase and a decrease of speed, thereby enabling a safe driving. CONSTITUTION: A hands-free device(50) installs a cellular phone(10), and operates a power unit(30) of a car. The hands-free device(50) comprises as follows. A voice signal processing unit(53) processes voice signals inputted from a microphone(52) and the cellular phone(10), and transmits the processed voice signals to the cellular phone(10) and a speaker(51), respectively. An operator(54) operates a speed signal sensed from a speed sensor(20) of the car. A volume controller(55) automatically controls volume based on the sensed speed. A voice signal amplifier(56) amplifies the voice signals to output the voice signals to the speaker(51).
