The device for holding a flexible sheet (1) in a holding plane relative to a base defining a base plane comprises two holding parts (4,5) symmetrical to a median plane perpendicular to the base plane. Each holding part comprises two first and second dihedrals (11,12), the edge of each being located in two non-merging planes parallel to the median plane. The edge (13) of the dihedral (11) being closer to the median plane than the edge (14) of the dihedral 12). There are means (20) for associating the dihedrals with the base so that their orthogonal projection on the median plane forms two surfaces limited by two lines corresponding to the projections of the edges and so that these two lines cut and leave an open space between these two surfaces opposite the intersection line of the base and the plane.
