The invention relates to a device for fixing a trocar (4), a tube or a catheter that has smooth walls in a hole (3) in a tissue layer (1) having an exterior (5) and an interior (6), especially in a skin or body surface. The inventive device comprises at least one L-shaped retaining element whose one limb (8) can be inserted from the exterior (5) through the hole (3) and placed flat on the interior (6) on the tissue layer (1). The other limb (10) thereof can be placed on the exterior (5) on the walls of the trocar (4), the tube or the catheter by the effect of static friction.
