<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair which can easily be switched into an outdoor mode or an indoor mode. <P>SOLUTION: This wheelchair is constituted by mounting outdoor front and rear wheels 5 and 8 and indoor front and rear wheels 6 and 9 on side frames 3, and the outdoor rear wheel 5 is attached to and detached from the side frame 3. The outdoor front wheel 8 and the indoor front wheel 9 are mounted on a support member 7, and the mode of using the outdoor front wheel 8 or the indoor front wheel 9 can be switched by changing the posture of the support member 7 through rotating it. Since the wheels used outdoors or indoors are changed completely, a floor is hardly muddied after returning indoors from the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
