PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unified electronic mail management system whereby a receiver side can take the position of a mail sender into account as to mail transmitted to memberships of an organization when the receiver side performs processing on request of the sender and setting a flag to address data of the mail allows the receiver side to perform processing under a different processing condition. SOLUTION: A sender terminal of the sender side sets the flag denoting a processing condition to a receiver address of the mail corresponding to the processing condition on request, the receiver side checks the presence / absence of the flag on the basis of the receiver address of the mail when receiving the mail. After returning a message of contents related to the corresponding processing condition to the sender terminal of the mail if the flag is set, the receiver side processes the received mail according to the corresponding processing condition.
