PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bushing attaching/detaching device allowing easy replacement of a bushing without removing a whole stabilizer from a vehicle. SOLUTION: The bushing attaching/detaching device comprises locking means 1 for supporting the whole attaching/detaching device and locking it near the attached/detached bushing 20 and thrusting means 8 using reaction on the side of an arm portion 12 for thrusting an outer cylinder portion 21 of the attached/detached bushing 20 in the attaching/detaching direction. The locking means 1 consists of first and second pieces 2, 3 opposed to each other in the direction of attaching/detaching the bush 20 with the arm portion 12 therebetween.
