PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization and deodorization apparatus which is miniaturized and compact, has versatility, can be mounted and installed everywhere, performs effective sterilization by sufficiently spreading ozone of an appropriate quantity over a target, and further, is inexpensive without using an expensive quartz tube and mercury regulated in use limitations. SOLUTION: This sterilization and deodorization apparatus is miniaturized, made compact, portable, mounted and installed everywhere by adopting a creeping discharge scheme to a mechanism for generating ozone, integrating and unifying a miniaturized discharge tube, a miniaturized timer, a miniaturized fan, an inverter circuit, and the like.
