PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure and fixing method of a pump, without enlarging a device, facilitating easy attachment/detachment causing no fixing or falling of the pump. SOLUTION: In the state of a pump side flange butted to a tank side flange, from an outer circumferential side thereof, a quick fastener is elastically engaged with both flanges so that both flanges are locked to a slit for engaging the quick fastener, and thereby, the pump body is freely rotatably and attachably/detachably connected to the tank.
