<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vibrator which is superior in mass productivity, where a plurality of piezoelectric elements are arranged efficiently on an elastic body. <P>SOLUTION: The vibrator generates vibration with the elastic body, using a plurality of piezoelectric chips that are electromechanical energy conversion elements.
